BusinessCategoryCityFiledWhat it likely isAddress · officers · registered agent · Sunbiz link

Category and "what it likely is" are AI-written guesses from the business name and filing. They can be wrong; the state record is the source of truth.

In every row

  • Business name and entity type (LLC, corporation, non-profit)
  • Business address and ZIP from the filing
  • Officers / managers and registered agent, as listed in the public record
  • Filing date and a direct link to the Sunbiz record
  • Industry category, a one-line description, and an operating-vs-shell flag

Not included

  • Phone numbers or email addresses. The state record doesn't have them, and we don't buy or scrape contact data.
  • Holding companies and shells. They're set aside so you don't waste calls.

Questions

Where does the data come from?

The Florida Division of Corporations publishes new corporate filings every business day. We take that public file, keep businesses with a Miami-Dade ZIP code, and clean and sort them. Nothing is scraped from behind a login.

How new are these businesses?

Each file holds filings the state processed in the days before it was published. Most businesses in it were filed within the previous week or two, often before they've opened or hired anyone.

When does my list arrive?

On weekday mornings when the state publishes a new file. No file on weekends and state holidays, so no email then.

Is AI involved?

Yes. AI tidies names and addresses, picks the industry, writes the one-line description and flags likely holding companies. It works from the business name and filing, so some guesses will be wrong. The Sunbiz link on every row lets you check the source.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, from the manage-subscription page. You keep getting your list until the end of the month you paid for.

Can I use this for cold calls and emails?

The data is public record. How you contact businesses is up to you; follow the CAN-SPAM Act, the TCPA and Florida's telemarketing rules.
